60 1/2″ x 18″ x 33″ Finished in linseed oil and wax. $9,000.
Intended for an entry hall, this table is built entirely from black walnut with sugar maple as a secondary wood. Influenced by the Queen Anne style, with cabriole legs, curved apron and simple shell carving, this is a specific design for a particular setting. However, it could work in a variety of different applications. For instance, as an additional serving piece in a dinning room, or as a sofa table, or anywhere extra horizontal space is needed. The top measures 60 1/2″ x 18″, and the height could be altered to create a perfect writing desk. This piece could also be built in Honduran mahogany, maple, or any other wood you would prefer. And, as is always the case with custom work, we could start from scratch and build something uniquely yours.
